ACA advertised median net premium rate of $8/month is for bronze, expanded bronze, silver, gold and platinum plans, includes plans with premium tax credits, and represents plans sold by Assurance between 1/16/23 and 10/31/23. Costs may vary. Premium tax credits are not guaranteed and are subject to eligibility requirements determined in the Marketplace. Residents of certain states may not be able to enroll in ACA-compliant health insurance through Assurance.

ACA advertised premium rate of $0/month is for select silver plans, after premium tax credits, for families with household income between 138% and 150% of the federal poverty level, in states that have expanded Medicaid. In states that have not expanded Medicaid, advertised premium rate of $0/month for select silver plans after premium tax credits is for families with household income between 100% and 150% of the federal poverty level.
