Kevin Klausen

Kevin Klausen is a writer, editor, and journalist based in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from San Francisco State University with journalistic honors and several features in the student newspaper, he kicked off his freelance career with articles and interviews in the SF Weekly, LA Weekly, East Bay Express, Cultist, and several other lifestyle publications.

Inspired by his research on national healthcare developments and consumer advocacy, Kevin sought out and joined the writing team at Assurance. During his first year, he published over 100 articles about auto, home, and health insurance focused on helping everyday people secure fair, appropriate, and affordable coverage.
